w/ gaud, gadboy and shell. felt cold so i dressed for a winter 5k. really nice run though and nice to run with company. i did notice myself struggling at the hills - up and down, not tired struggling but actually making the steps was noticably uncomfortable for my feet. right foot/heal whatever got increasingly sad because? anyways, my friends were nice enough to slog around with me today, so i sure as hell could stay out on the road with them and enjoy their company. really didn't want to bring shell out on the trail...not with MDI coming next week.
thought about adding on to do the 8 or so more will equal for the week 100 thing but that voice in my head said my feet had enough, so i went home.
