w/ c, todd and jason.
highlights...heading out, jason took off down the railroad tracks(same exact thing we did in dec.), hit the tracks just right, stopped dead and flew over the handle bars. that was quite a sight we couldn't stop. luckily he was able to free himself and get out of there fast.
todds sled with a fresh engine blew up just 6 miles away from the house. we towed him back and he used he used our venture so his w/e was saved but not his wallet. thank god we have a spare sled.
jason went off in the suck zone twice and got stuck...todd did it once and finally after getting sucked off trail 6 or 7 times i finally buried myself which took us a good hour to get me out. c was pissed i made such a mistake but he didn't see all the other times i saved it and i was too cause i almost had it this time too.
that all said this was probably the best riding i've had all year. the snow was loose which is how i love it. i can drift around the turns and actually keep up better than how the boys like it which is hard, fast and on a rail. i think this annoyed c when i mentioned how great i thought the conditions were cause he was short with me and said it's because i just have to be the opposite of everyone else. actually he was short with me all day and i don't know why but whatever...i had a great time and had no desire to stop but our long ride is tomorrow so this was "just a warm up" apparently.
