Have to wait for results...yaya but I have gained 6 pounds since doc weighed me 2 months ago. And when he told me that I laughed...I said, my body is responding exactly as it should given the hand it's been dealt...I really haven't been working out...blah...blah...blah. and I sat there happily content as he told me this is going to take at least a year to figure all this out and get dialed in...blah...blah...blah. then then he said, BUT...you will be back... And before he could say, just not where you were, I cut him off and said, ya know, I think I'm done with it. Think I'll wait for the next door to open. What door, he asks? Any door, I say. The one that opens at the time. Well, he says, I can see you're not crying over this. No I am not. Haha!
