fuck it...took it easy around town w/cremah. felt hahdah then easy. i can't believe there was not 1 <8 mile in this run. at the end i felt like i was bein dragged behind a red necks pick up truck.
i'm heel strikin on the left and i did feel any pain really. that is till i got home, got out of the truck and my right foot tweaked. that's right...foot tweaked. so now i will be heel strikin on both sides whethah i like it or not.
on the good side my confidence has been restored and i think i can run with people without the fear of breakdown...i think. but i don't think i want to run up oak st. just yet.
