it was nice to see everyone. i've missed comin to these and really realized it here.
felt freakishly good. kept it easy but i did allow....4 surges i think which all felt great but didn't last more than 1 mile...then the second about .2 m and the 3rd was maybe .1m. hoped cremah was gonna hook on but no.
the last one was the most fun. mile seven came (ok great, 20 for the day) and i took .1 to really recover w/cremah pullin away. then goin by looks a tried to give him a good <5 suckah pass for the last .1ish and see if he'd bite then. (course he did) i stahted like .05 too early and he was right on my ass so i had to weave back 'n forth to stop the pass. that's where my time went. then i almost had a heart attack.
