did the interval thing again at mile 9, i became infuriated with being on the bike so bad i tried to rip the handle bars right off the bike so i had to stop before i picked up the fucking thing and threw it out the window and in the fucking snow.
figured my sugar went to an all time low so i spent the rest of the afternoon eating kisses.
