run with the may flies...cause they live for 1 day or less and they were out...so i guess they are all dead now that i'm writing this. it all seemed important to me to join them...so i did.
now what is important to note here run-wise is that this is the 3rd run in a row where i haven't gotten yanked to a stop to realign. the pace is close to what it was a year ago with the foot thing and i've had more time left over when done when i'm not stopping every quarter mile.
hope this trend continues. i don't give a rats flying fuck how slow i am on any given day.
