not as bad as last monday but i was feeling the w/e. seems my knee was overworked, my left foot has been tweaking since last week and both calves started barking at mile 8 with right achillies also having a few words.
growing pains with the new shit from toe running and whatever with the old.
i was told today i have no friends (which was a joke) but it was followed up by a "and we all know why don't we?" so i guess it wasn't.
so i walked away and had to give it a well "that was an odd thing to say to me" chuckle. whatever.
