sadly i did a no-fro...but it was the right choice given where i am at.
and...although slower, felt better than yesterday(during and after)...which, is where i need to put myself given the current work load.
tm running for me in distance is a death trap as it forces me to compensate in places already been compensated. i am going to cause an injury i think and because my events don't include a tm...best keep tm running to 3 miles-5 tops during crap weather or whatever.
spued thoughts. no let's not dick around. it's a rule.
