felt a tad bettah today but still not great. it's fine though...it was a nice warm day without an agenda except to burn calories maybe. r. foot was crampin up also (my good foot) and i had to stop twice to squeeze the shit ahtavit. i was bendin ovah tryin to put my shoe back on and someone in a cah yelled.."FAT ASS!" fuckin sanfidites. if that don't motivate me, nothin will.
shit....today did me in....tan lines ah back and there ain't squat i can do about it. that's what i get for bein italianish.
