i gave myself the choice to do 10 on RR south or 6 with the mcdougal's trail cause it is more technical and therefore better/funner.
by the end of this i was done with my shit for the day as i was beat to hell, which was kind of humbling cause mentally, it felt like i didn't do all that much today and i was very behind in "something". this is what happens and how my perception evolves and changes as i get deeper into doing more, more, more and i feel like i'm scrabbling up the side of a rock faced cliff with loose footing.
i hate that feeling.
