perfect end to a pretty damn cool year. wish more cn's couldah came but was glad to have sl...barbaro and gadboy there. this wouldah REALLY sucked without them. i had to laugh....i was thrilled at my pace for this run given the level of my shit. i guess i really have come full circle.
i hate that this day is here. i slept 0 last night cause of waves of dread and panic. i don't know how to stop doing something i have no desire to. i thought that i could fill the void w/these other tri activities. it worked for me in the past (fillin the void)but it feels different now. i haven't even swam in 2 weeks and i don't even care.
guess i bettah brace myself.....it's time to face the music.....holy fuck, this band sucks!
