stopped a couple of times during the run so due to the starting and stopping of the watch and my delay in start up, take the time with a grain of salt. did bobs race. that's gonna be awesome coming back! i really missed running with the group. it felt good being with them again. even left rio in the car and i didn't miss it one bit and never even gave it a thought. for me, that's huge. took the trail back to the y - that was really fun. i really should do more of that. what a great night. i feel happy.
