w/cremah and beaulah.
i don't know what my easy is anymore...i don't even know if i was running right.
kept telling beaulah to slow down but he just kept flapping his gums.
i do know that i have been waking in the morning with pain/stiffness in both feet for 2 weeks now so i'm coming down the stairs at age 95. sooo unfit to run.
