With ard. Went to the wild vibes festival in south berwick. A day of trying new things with the hippies. Awesome day. Did 4 classes. Rock and roll, kundalini, witchcraft-asana and moving meditation. Yoga...balancing strength in stillness.
Expected to be sore the next day but felt more of a loose weakness throughout.
