Car at the shop for a quick fix.
Lots of ice, water, bogs and Willy wacks with thorns...but also some smooth dirt road. Grateful to be out here.
This is running as it was intended for me...the kind of run where I can not think of anything else but where to place my next step...and if that was the wrong move then I must immediately make another. It is practice for keeping stressful anticipation and painful over thinking from ever entering the mind and just letting experience and intelligence act...and I love how running has evolved into this for me. It has played a huge part in how I see things as they are but more important, what all this is.
