Oh hello there steady downhill slide. I see that I am riding you again. Alright.

Started at speed 6 and was out of breath in 1 tenth of a mile. Dropped it down to 5.5 - 5.9...

If there is frustration in me, I am resisting what is...or something has activated it now that I have resisted before. At any rate of speed...this is a long haul. Could explain why sleeping feels so Damn good...like not wanting to wake up good...but perhaps not.
