Notes
this was a wet run. by that i mean, i was totally strung out on all legal performance enhancing substances. the difference in pace and how i felt was substantial. now i know. i actually felt awesome. so i took a 5 hour, 1 caffeine tab, a protein drink, 2 gu's, 2 of salty's chew things and lots of water, oh and coffee. had a banana and a yogurt for breakfast also and 7 good hours of sleep. also running with cremer, salty, sailor, and dick made the rioless run good. just having people around makes me move faster i think. thanks salty for the 22 suggestion - now it's done.
watch out ard....i'm comin.
