Notes
This was split...half an asphalt run while d had drum and half a tm while d had swim.
Mile 1.5 whatever I went down hard in a chest plant that put me into a full blown scorpion. If you have ever watched the show ridiculousness, you know what a scorpion is. I don't know but I don't ever remember going down on asphalt. Wtf I did I don't know but I got the message loud and clear. Left wrist sore but otherwise fine which I am grateful for. The first thing I thought of was my face...and lost teeth.
Tm run had Cremah beside me and call me crazy if you want...but running in there felt hotter than outside. Today it did to me anyways.
