Nice and easy. Feet seem to be getting acclimated back to the road and not feeling like they are going to blow up after 3 miles...haha. code orange will be in the woods soon...then snow and road will be my trail. And that is ok for it is the way around here and it brings all sorts of other practices not seen in the warmer months but rather their opposite extending my knowledge thru exposure across the board.
