both elbows now have painful rug burnish sores. tried doing this on a mat and a towel for cushioning but i think i let it get too far cause it hurts worse than the planking does, so much so i am constantly trying to adjust to get comfortable. hoping it just gets hard and stops hurting soon cause i aint stopping.
