now we're fuckin talkin. i can't wait till i can hang up the road shoes for many months man...i am running slower on these trails, that is a fact but it FEELS...so...much...better. mind AND body. i get the mind part but i don't get the body...that to me doesn't make a shred of sense. i try to run road like i run on trail and i can't even do it. i don't get it.
whatever...another year or so and it will resolve itself.
my right calve is sore again now...how fuckin pathetic is that? here we have the 12 hour clan ready to go out and run a <4 minute mile and i can't even do a <8 after a 3 mile stair run...which actually was only a little over a miles worth of stairs if you really want to get fucking technical. fuck this...this is bullshit man! i'm about ready to take a fucking baseball bat and bash the shit out of my fuckin legs...at least then i'll have a good fucking excuse for being a big piece of shit, fuck.
