this is the last week for trail frolicking whenever/where ever i feel like it sooo fuck it! a nice mix of easy, hard and get to 20. gorgeous out even if it is a little cool. have to be careful on some of this shit with the fallen leaves...it has ankle roll flashing in beaming lights but...yeah.
this was good...reeeeeal good.
