I have been overeating lately, but scale seems unfair this morning. I was reluctant to take Denise's class after tweaking my knee yesterday, but although it was crazy hard as usual (all on the back of the machine), I only had to modify two exercises, and I feel the workout benefited me. I was using unaffected muscles and strengthening the area all around my joint without straining it. 20%
