Notes

A little achy today, but legs in pretty good recovery mode. No teacher appeared for 9:00 class, so bumped to 5:15 and new-to-me instructor Shuli. Was going okay till I wrenched my right knee (slightly, slightly) in pigeon pose. Should be fine, but argh. 20%
