Beautiful day to run. I feel like CRAP!! Dealing with this flu bug for almost a week. I wondered why my runs have been so tough lately. This sore throat has GOT to give soon... its unbearable and chloroseptic wont help. Oh yeah, after the first mile I decided to have a 8:15 overall pace... at least that went well!
