Nothing special to report. Pool was sort of crowded, and some woman who badly needed to get a clue jumped into the lane I was splitting with another guy and started doing kickboard laps very slowly, totally clogging us up. We were in the "fast" lane, and there was only one other person in the "slow" lane, where she could have easily split the lane and kickboarded to her heart's content.

Anyway, I let this distract me.

Couldn't hit a 150yd interval, much less do 200yds, probably because I was tired from yesterday and I didn't eat dinner (unless ice cream counts as dinner).

Need to 1) learn how to focus better, and 2) eat dinner.
