Notes

Held myself back to approximately 80% MHR, and 4 miles, while I'm establishing my base and nursing this knee injury. In the 4 mile run, the knee was fine. Also, started running on the street instead of the sidewalk to hit asphalt instead of concrete.

Felt good. Just need to stay disciplined, gradually increase mileage, and stop as soon as I feel pain.
