Crossfit Elements Session 1

Crossfit warmup.

- samson stretch

- broomstick overhead squat

- situps w/ab mat

- back extension

- pushups

- pullups

Had no pullups today. Had to use a resistance band, 60 lbs. Really need to work on those pullups!

Squat technique. Sit back on heels.

Tabata squats. 24 was baseline, ended with 17 lowest rep round.

Tabata squats really killed my legs; walking funny. Really good exercise!
