Notes
The race was very difficult. I went out in about 63 for the first 400 which is right about where I wanted to be but the majority of the field went out really fast. My second 400 was about 64-65. Still where I wanted to be but I just wasn't quite ready to run this fast. My last 800 was about 2:17 so I really fell off. I was competitive through 800-1k so I am happy with that. I wish I had closed harder. I think I could have but I just lacked the motivation on the last lap because I was still a ways back from the next person. I was able to pick it up though to hold off Bailey. I was still 11 seconds faster than last year so nothing to complain about. I would have liked to get a conference time but it looks like I will be running the mile again
