Rough day. Run felt harder than it should have and I am not doing to hot but I will be fine I have to. I just gotta get through the next couple days. Take it one day at a time. Sprint drills, strides, hill sprints, circuits, core, hips, and lifting after. About 7 hours of sleep last night
