A very solid race that I am happy with. I went out under control for the first 2 miles and then was able to close hard. Definitely have more left in the tank for this cross season. It never felt really more difficult then a really hard tempo until about the last 600 meters where it started to hurt some. I was on pace for about a 4:50 last mile until the last 600 where the uphill hit me. Definitely excited for cross country though.
