Long run tempo this morning. I got lost in the warm up but was still able to keep the warm-up to 10 miles at the starting point. Started the tempo at 5:30 pace and worked my way down to 5:17. I had a quick water stop in the beginning of mile 4 but not too long. Felt hard but good considering it was my first long run tempo and I did it solo. I followed it up with a 3 mile cooldown. Still am not sure how accurate that heart rate monitor is.
