Notes
Was almost a really good long run albeit boring. Started with a big group doing the winter trail because of the heavy snow fall the night before. I ended up doing three loops, two with everyone, and one with Darin. After the third one Darin got bored and thought it would be a good idea to run up state street, which covered in 6 inches of snow. Made my final 30 minutes really painful. I don't think I have ever changed pace that quickly. I went from running like 6 flats to 9 flats really quickly.
