Notes
I felt pretty good today. I definitely kept it very controlled because I feel good and I want to continue to feel good through next week. Grinding these cruise runs won't help me anymore. When the pace started to pick up I dropped back with Harrison. That was nice, I got to talk with him which I feel like I haven't done in a while. Afterwards sprint drills, strides, and a good core and hips session. Unfortunately my back really hurts right now but I think it will be fine by tomorrow morning.
