Notes

Run wasn't really that fast but it felt really good. My legs were a bit stiff at the start but they warmed up nicely. It was nice to run with Harrison again. We talked throughout the entire run and it was pretty comfortable. I did hips and abs after. I will do sprint drills, strides, circuits and strength later after my double. (7.5 hours)
