Notes
A nice long run this morning though it was freezing. Even though it was not as cold as last weekend it was so much windier which made it worse. I did red road again and most of the run I was by myself. Maybe not the smartest choice of run for how windy it was but I made it through. First half into the wind, second half with the wind--> made for a quick second half. Abs after.
