A really nice cruise run today with the guys. It was a great to start and we kept it easy and controlled until we turned around and then I decided the pace was too slow. I cranked it down and then it became a torrential down pour. Once my heart rate got pretty high and the pace really fast that was then I decided to chill it back down to 6:20's. Not bad for 6600ft of altitude.
