Notes
Not the most enjoyable run, but it definitely could have been worse. Still recovering from yesterday's long run and the workout on Friday but I will get there. My target volume is now 500 minutes so it will be nice to be running a little less these days. I can really hit that recovery a lot better now that my 10% is not an hour. I have no clue what is gonna happen when I am running over 600 minutes but that is a ways away. Tomorrow is the first structured workout of the season so that is gonna be great. Tempo Tuesday's will now begin!!
