Notes

Definitely one of my slower long runs but I don't want to push to hard right now. I am gonna race on Saturday so I want to make sure that I feel good for the race. Also this week is about recovery so I do not think that it will kill me to go a little slower today. I slept about 8 hours last night and did sprint drills, strides, hips and abs after.
