St. Augustine Lighthouse 5k, in 25:28, a pretty good 8:04 pace for a 3.17 mile course, with a bit of warm up and cool-down, on a gorgeous, moderately windy 60 degree afternoon with about 450 other runners. Kathleen took 1st place of 12, me 2nd of 32 runners. This was supposed to be just some strideouts, according to Kathleen yesterday, but you know how that goes. Fun time! Let's hope we don't see ill effects on tomorrow's 20 miles.
