Superslow run with Fartlek on a cloudy morning with unsettled skies, thinking I might beat the rain, but instead we got soaked, repeatedly, by a warm summer thunderstorm. Fartlek got a bath! My right hip was quite sore from where Chris mashed on it yesterday -- I hope that this heals fast!
