Capital Pursuit, on the best possible morning for running -- sunny, no wind, 42 at start, 46 at finish, totally comfortable in gloves, shorts, short-sleeve shirt. Drove down with rolf, beth, kara, coffee afterwards at Java Joes. No Kathleen because she is on call. 2 mile warm-up, a mile and a half cool-down. Ran the race really well in 1:14:48 -- see bib for details
