Varied run on a pretty, sunny, slightly humid 58 degree morning on the beach a bit, south along the ocean, up Cannon Rd. to explore a bit, back out the ocean road, then north, up the Ague Hedonia trail to the rail trail to Oak Street, then home. A few strides thrown if on the way home.
