Solo run long way up to Ada Hayden, where I met Mara and Sean and Kathleen for the "5 on the 4th" race. Kathleen was super-fast, in 22:27. I started slowly, but amazingly could pick up the pace, finishing in 26:40 or so. Mara and Sean each won medals too. great day all around; we shall see how sore I get and how my knee responds...
