Warm up with Kathleen and Cathy Belic, on St. Thomas, prior to the 5k prediction run (it actually was about 3.3k, I think). We predicted 25:45, thinking of an easy 8:15 pace, probably ran more like 7:45s and finished in 25:30, due to the long course.
