Extraterrestrial Ultra on the Extraterrestrial Highway, ending in Rachel, Nevada. What a wonderful event! Midnight start, sunrise finish at the Ale'inn Diner, total gas. Strangely peaceful and pretty with the long string of runners in glow sticks snaking in front and behind us for miles on the desert highway. Ran the first 23 miles with Marius Hansen from Minneapolis (and Kathleen, of course). Placed 2nd in 50-59 year old age group
