I was stressed today, so I was not looking forward to the run. It ended up not being too bad even though my mind was thinking about what I had to do. My hip is starting to really annoy me. It seems to be decent on recovery days and starts to hurt during the workouts and continues the rest of the evening. Sometimes I can feel it during random times throughout the day. But during an easy run, it never becomes as painful as it does during workouts. It makes me feel like I am not getting what I am supposed to get out of workouts because of the pain. The race on Friday will probably help me get an idea of where I am. But it feels like forever since it has felt 100%
