Notes

During the warm up my right hamstring was tight and then my hip began to hurt a little. After the first interval, I felt really good. But at the end of the second one, I began to not feel very good. After that interval did not feel good at all. I walked for about 5 minutes and then I was able to start the workout again. My hip slightly hurt throughout, but it was not a stabbing pain.
