800 cutdowns. 3:37; 3:33; 3:37. My hip did not hurt while I was running. But it started to hurt after the third when I immediately stopped running. I felt really good on the last one. My first lap was slow, so I should have kicked it in sooner at the end, or just pushed harder the first lap.
